Point Ruston SEIS

At Point Ruston we are dedicated to sharing information and encouraging public participation as we go about developing the most exciting urban neighborhood on the shores of Puget Sound.

Over the past year we held a number of public community meetings and project updates to give you a peek at our plans and gather feedback from interested citizens and neighbors. We are happy to say that master planning has been completed and the project is moving through the environmental review process, taking us one step closer to starting construction on new homes and public amenities including the continuation of the Ruston Way promenade for almost a mile along our shoreline.

The environmental review process examines possible maximum impacts of our project against standards for issues such as traffic, views, schools, parks and open space, etc. As you read through the document and review maps, sketches and renderings, we think our commitment to build a stunning urban neighborhood that the community can be proud of will come through.
